Report you submitted belongs in a different channe

Wrongfully facebook removed my account for pretending to be someone else on facebook but it is not true . I am the real person and i have all the documents to proof myself . After i submit my documents facebook was sent me a generic mail and it says :-

Hi Shimanto,

Thanks for getting in touch with us. We can't help with these kinds of issues from here, but you if you try logging into your disabled Facebook account, you should get more information about why your Facebook account was disabled and if there's anything you can do about it.

After submitting my id facebook sent me a mail and it says

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. It looks like the report you submitted belongs in a different channel. Please log into your Facebook account and follow the on-screen instructions to report this issue.



Now the question is what is the right channel for report on my issue ? And is it possible to get my account back ?
