Hi I tried to use the recovery email for gmail to access my account but it brings me back to cant verify account try again later. i had this account since 2001
the recovery url not working

When was the last time you accessed it?

I have to have a new password reset every time I log out. Every time I log in it says Google cannot verify account so I have to get a new password every time I log in. I can't change my security account questions because it asks for my password again and google can't verify my account.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
