We have an english version of I tunes for download on Kioskea. Please give it a try : http://ccm.net/telecharger/telecharger 58 Itunes

To change language on Itunes please click on this link:

You should get a full tutorial on how changing the languages, but i'll also give you some tips, to handle the chinese interface:
Edit :2nd button to the right in the upper bar.
Preferences: when you select Edit go the last option in the list.
General is the first tab in the new window after clicking Preferences
Language options : is the last drop down menu in the General tab
Select the fifth language : English
OK is the first of the 2 button at the bottom of the window( left hand side
Close and restart itune and it should be fine.
