No display on new built computer

Hi Guys i hope you could help me with this one,

Specs: i3 8350k Intel Core 8th Gen
: Z370 ASUS Prime
: Cooler Master ML240L
: Hyperx Fury DDR4-2666 8gb
: Galax EXOC 1070 White
: Corsair 650w Modular PSU
: Samsung 120gb SSD

I built a system a few days ago and all is working but the problem is it didn't post and nothing on screen, no beep also even if i don't put any ram on it, i tried resetting the cmos, 1 stick of ram and trying each slot, re seat all components , doubled check the connection of the psu to the motherboard nothing happened so i tried some parts to my other computer, the memory and psu is running okay when i plugged it on the 2nd computer , so i thought it was the motherboard , so i bought another one but the same thing happened. Really appreciate it if u could give me some thoughts.

Your RAM is at the lower end, and may need to be overclocked according to install instruction set!
4000(O.C.)/3866(O.C.)/3733(O.C.)/3600(O.C.)/3466(O.C.)/3400(O.C.)/3333(O.C.)/3300(O.C.)/3200(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2800(O.C.)/2666(O.C.)/2400(O.C.)/2133 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

Did you set up the boot to support SSD?

actually i tried a different ram , gskill tridentZ 3000 still nothing happened , even if i dont put a memory on it still no beep

DId you place the speaker? It wont beep unless you install the speaker! If you installed the piezo speaker, adn still no beep, might be a bad MB! Did you use an ESD strap when building?

of course i installed it , tried 3 speakers and still no beep, i always use ESD strap when building, last one thing i wanna know if its working, the PROCESSOR! how can i test my processor wether it's working or not?

Do you have a high-reliability test rig? Didn't think so! I am sorry for offending you by asking so many important details.
