Facebook does not have an email support, Facebook cannot handle individual requests which would be around 100,000 daily. Everything is handled by the "system", there are two billion Facebook accounts and only 60,000 employees which includes gardeners, window washers, cafeteria cooks, janitors, etc.
If your account has been disabled, You must have violated Facebook's terms of use and Community Standards so Facebook disabled your account.
If you believe it was a mistake, you must appeal Facebook’s decision to Facebook using the form provided. You must prove that Facebook made a mistake otherwise, appealing will be useless.
