Recently after setting up my administrator password,I lost all programs in the desktop and I can't run anything even searching what I want. The screen only shows the desktop wallpaper and keeps changing without my own alter. Down on the taskbar,displays start but won't do anything when I click. I would glad to get any solution

Have you tried rebooting to safe mode?
