Drivers CD Rom and printer doesn't work

Drivers CD Rom and printer doesn't work when I have changed my Operating system Windows 10 (I had lot of problems with Windows 10) to Windows 7 professional.
After i open the device's Properties dialog box, following errors was: Windows cannot start this hardware beceause its configuration information(in the registry) is incomplete or demaged. (code 19)
My question is how to install free software or drivers CD Rom and my printer ( I have same old printer Epson Stylus SX130).
Printer work OK but without the scanning function wich it was before.

Hi

You must install the scan driver, just click on the following link to download it.

ftp://download.epson-europe.com/pub/download/6026/epson602606eu.exe

You should also install the CD Rom driver
