Unable to access my facebook

Hello,

I changed my phone and after I try to change my password. I can't access my account again. I got this message. I have tried to login to my facebook account using the new password on both new and old phone, and even computer without any success. Please help.

Facebook wishes to verify your identity. Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do. Check your email or sms Facebook sent you a message.

I have NOT received any email from facebook. I don't know for some reason my email does NOT receive any email from facebook even when facebook sends code to my email, i don't receive it. Additionally, I have tried to submit some document but it shows me an error message that " This email address you entered does not belong to a disabled account. You may only appeal a disabled account from this contact form."

Please address what link I can use to upload the documents. I no longer have access to the phone numbers associate with the account due to moving abroad.

so how can I submit the document since I have NOT and may NOT be ever receive the email from facebook?

Excellent question ! Facebook is no doubt sending the message to your old phone. Not much you can do is there ? Your old phone is the only way that Facebook has to contact you, it does not recognize the new phone as the account's legitimate owner.

I respectfully ans politely suggest that you are "marooned up the stream without an oar.'" Others would say, up s...creek...without a paddle.

I did tried to login on the old phone that I usually login to, but it gives me the same error
