Tally not responding during reconciliation

I'm having a these issue's for 1 month..it show not responding while reconsolation entries. please help me out if possible. I have showed tally executives but they could not solve these issues.

HAHA! You have brought the issue to the provider, they are ignoring you, and now you wish for volunteers to help out with a proprietary software? SOUNDS LIKE VALUE IN THAT SOFTWARE FOR CERTAIN!!!!

Cool, reboot the server. After the reboot, rebuild the Database index manually! Restart the Webservices! That should fix it!

Oh, not your server? Not certain what you are supposed to do with their product. It sounds like you have entered in bad data, and they know it, but don't have the fortitude to let you know that they are not responsible for bad data!

Your reconciliation could take more than time frame you are expecting....have you ever started it and come back the next day? Some of my organizations processes take 8 hours to reconcile!
