Email address not recognised

Hello,
I have since Friday 25th May, 2018 been unable to sign into my company's account. The feedback I keep getting on every attempt to login is that the email address is not recognized. I've tried every possible means and explored all the options I was given but no result. Does anyone know how to go about this please? My meeting an urgent deadline this week is dependent on my been able to access the email account immediately. Someone please help!

Send an email to the account you are trying to recover, wait 20 minutes and tell us if it bounces back.

I don't see how it can be solved. The account has been deleted from the server. It no longer exists.
