Yahoo Acount can't open

I needed to open my account in yahoo but the problem is when i am signing in, the phone number that was registered in that account is not my number anymore. So I can't open my yahoo account. Please help me. A new password was sent in that account and I can't open it.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
