Video file missing from Folder Lock

Hello, sir I add multi video files in folder lock and encrypt them after finishing encrypt folder lock suddenly hang then I close the folder lock and reopen it but the particular video file missing from both folder lock as well as in my computer where can I find it and how can I get it back.

It sounds as though it become corrupted while LOCKING it! Contact your FILE LOCKER program maker and see what they say about their product hanging, and subsequently destroying your file!
