IMAP settings

Hello i am having trouble with my gmail account settings. Keeps coming up saying that it has the wrong passwords etc. Have now changed it for my google account is this the same one for my gmail account?

Can you log into the web interface using the same password you are putting into the IMAP settings?

I reread your question, and if you have changed your email account, your will need to change the IMAP server also!
