Hello,
My Instagram account followed by the username XXXXX is not opening whenever I try to login a popup appears that "we have detected unusual login attempts a link has been send to my gmail but unfortunately I am unable to sign in into my gmail account due to some troubleshooting.Please help me fix this issue

Well, this is odd:
"gmail account due to some troubleshooting."

Troubleshooting means you are already having issues with the gmail account. So can you log into gmail? If not, then is that why the Insta won't let you in, because you haven't verified your gmail yet?
