A failed drive often display's a false "write protected" message.

It's showing in my system but not open showing "write protect" error messages while format, I also try CMD command "diskpart > lis vol > sel vol after that sel vol receive messages vol 7 (my pen drive no.) selected when I use clean command showing error message please select correct vol."

Have you tried to edit registry
Just press Windows + R and type regedit and then enter
and navigate to the following path
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Policies
After this, do double click on the writeprotect key and set the 0 value and click ok
Once you complete this process, restart your system and check whether the issue resolved.

This only works when all flash drive have the identical problem. I suggest you try the drive on multipal computers. Sometime a Linux computer will read drives that a Windows computer can not.
