I have locked a folder a few months ago. Due to some problem I have re-installed my operating system. Now I can’t see that folder. It contains important documents. How can I fix this problem? Please help!

Folder lock version: Folder lock 7.2.2.
Current OS: Windows 10

YOu re-installed the OS. You can't see the folder, because the OS has recovered and re-written data over it! The folder DOES NOT EXIST AT THIS MOMENT! YOU destroyed it when you reinstalled your OS!

Nope, the space still shown that taken by locked folder. I locked 30GB of files and there 30GB difference between local disk(E) size and that local disk all shown folders' size

What you have failed to take into consideration was, you destroyed the KEY to unlock those folders, when you rebuilt the OS! The key was derived from your OS at the time you locked the folder. That key is gone, and there is no way to recreate it!

What is so important that you just can't hide them, or encrypt them with the local OS? 30 GB?

Have FUN!
