My laptop screen goes black when I switch it on

Hello, my laptop, Acer Aspire ES 14, it froze, blank & black after i switch it on. How can i do with it? I cant remove the battery. All i can do is pressing the power button. I've tried to sleep, hibernate & shut down. But after that it is still the same.

Hi

All laptop batteries can be removed, see your user manual or look it up on Acer's website.
