My laptop Acer won't start the only thing it display is "your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart . we'll restart for you"

So let is sit, and do its thing. I have a Frankenstein machine that does this every once in a while, and I just let it sit, and it fixes itself. One time it took 24 hours for it to recover!
