Hello,

I'm having issues with a computer that I recently upgraded. When I turn the computer on, all components fans turn on, but I get no display, none of my USB connected peripherals work, and pressing the power button does nothing, I have to flip the switch to turn it off. Any help would be appreciated, I just recently purchased a new motherboard, cpu, and RAM. I have tried operating with just one ram stick, trying both of them, as well as trying different slots for the two RAM sticks.

Computer Specs:
CPU: AMD ryzen 7 2700x
Motherboard: MSI AMD x470
RAM: 2x DDR4 8gb G.skill
PSU: EVGA supernova 850 g2
GPU: GTX 1060

Ok, a new MB, CPU and RAM is not an upgrade, it is a build. Do you still have the scematic for the MB? Make certain your RAM is in the correct spots, and that both RAM sticks are the SAME SPEC!

Does the CPU specifications fit the specs and clock speeds of the MB? Does the RAM fit the specs?

What operating system?

Currently no operating system, hard drives are formatted, but I can't even get it to boot or go to bios. Both RAM are the exact same, I checked in the manual for the MB, and placed the RAM where it indicates to place them, no change. The MB states that it supports DDR4-3200+ memory, and the memory is currently 3200mhz.

I was, and am going to use windows 10.

Is the RAM DDR3 or DDR4? YOur MB is looking for DDR4 at that clock speed! Do you have the speaker attached? Is there any beeping?

I have no speaker attached, there is no beeping when I start the computer, RAM and MB are both DDR4.

Edit: Also, thank you for quick replies.

2nd edit: I've looked into the EZ debug LED and it seems like the CPU is "Either not recognized, or failing, one moment.
