Just received this vaio (VGN-NS295J)from family member. I am trying to reset to factory. Have used the alt+F10 but it does not come up like I have read here. First page that comes up is:

Edit Windows boot options for: Windows 7
Path: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Partition: 2
Hard Disk: 974241cc
[ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN

At the bottom is:
ENTER=Submit or ESC=Cancel

If I click on submit it restarts into windows.
If I click on Cancel I get this page

Choose an operating system to start, or press TAB to select a tool: (Use the arrow keys to highlight your choice, then press ENTER.)

To specify an advanced option for this choice, press F8.

Tools:
Windows Memory Diagnostic
Bitdefender Rescue Mode

At the bottom is:
ENTER= Choose TAB=Menu OR ESC=Cancel

Clicking on Windows 7 it restarts back to windows
Windows Memory diagnostic just runs diagnostic
Bitdefender Rescue Mode and when I click on that it runs a check then comes up no malware engines found.
tc@box:~$
I hit ctrl/alt/del to get out of this and reboots back to windows

I used the F8 which only gives me options for 2017 even clicking more restore points and nothing for "factory" reset. There is no "image" to restore nor do I have the disks.

What I have found on this laptop is pictures and music but I worry about the other items that I do not know how to bring up. I was planning on giving it to another family member once I had restored it.
Do I have an option to take it back to original factory settings?
