Hello,
I restarted my laptop and when it's switch on, lights gone. Everything is possible but the lights are lost from laptop. I tried all things but the lights not working. Need suggestions

Hi

Your issue is frequent. If the computer is working but you don't get a display, the back lights may be fried and must be replaced.
