Hello,
I made a huge mistake by trying to make my acer aspire 1410 work faster. Instead, the screen turned blue, lost nice wallpaper, and worse, i was locked with my own laptop. I do not have thr floppy disk the system is asking to reset the password. Please guide me with a step by step, laymans term on this matter to recover what has been erased. Thank you.

Hi

How did you try to make it go faster?

Is there anything written on the blue screen? If so what?

Hi. Thank you for your reply.

I think it was under the backup... So sorry i really do not recall.

Before making that not so smart move, sceeen was perfectly like all normal laptops with screeb saver.

Now it is so ordinary (will send photo) and it seems i cant operate it anymore.

Attaching photos.

Thank you so much.

Seems that your operating system is now corrupted

Try to reset to factory settings.
