Black screen with no cursor

I have an hp laptop. It has a black screen with no cursor. So, I have added an LCD monitor for it. But everything is displayed quite huge. Control panel couldn't solve my problem since some options there are not active. I am tired of it. Help me please.

No doubt that your back lights need to be replaced.
