My new dell inspiron 3567 is not getting start?

My dell laptop is not getting start.its a new laptop.charger is working

It was working properly in the morning.but now it didnt getting start.its a new laptop which i brought yesterday.its model is dell inspiron 3567.I had removed its battery and adapter and then i pressed the power button for about one then i plugged the adapter but it still not getting ON.can u pls help to solve ths?

can the laptop be returned under warranty? It's not unusual for a computer to fail within the first few days of operation.

Dell should have a customer support phone number within India.
