My research indicatyes the following:
Try "alt" and the "*" key (the one to the right of Ä).
The "@" symbol was moved from there from the "2" key (same as PCs) some time ago on Swedish Mac keyboards. The layout with the new position is called "Svensk - Pro". Look in your system settings.
