No access to my yahoo account

Hello, I lost my Yahoo account and can't access it no more cuz it was some years bsck I made it and the phone that it was on I don't longer have it anymore so I'll just like to add my phone number to it

After 12 months of inactivity Yahoo accounts are deleted from the server.
