Enlarged screen stuck

Hello,
Enlarged laptop screen through windows 10 for low vision mom. It was working fine. She could read her emails and google search and everything. Then it just froze on her opening screen of time, date etc. Now it’s stuck in the enlarged screen, no taskbar or anything. The shortcut windows key doesn’t work either. It will restart but comes up to the same screen. I can’t get into it to do anything. How can I change those settings if I can’t open windows?

The second one on the bottom row of the keyboard that brings up the windows 10 menu for apps

Try pressing at the same time ctrl and the minus sign as often as needed. That should diminish the resolution so that you can get to access the settings again.
