Your old keyboard is probably broken, since it doesn't work neither on your pc or your second pc.But your new keyboard probably works fine since it works on your second pc.The slot you are putting your keyboard in your pc probably isn't working so try putting your keyboard on your sidepanel usb ports or in another slot.
