PC showed entering power saving mode

Hello, please help. My pc was working today morning but then after I shut it down and turned it on at about 10 am. I switched on the u. p. s and then the c. p. u. After that on the monitor it showed entering power saving mode" and then my problem starts. There is power on my c. p. u. but then when I press any button it shows "there is no power coming from ur cpu. Pls press a button or move the mouse to wake it up". When I try to press the key it doesn't have any effect and the mouse doesn't even work. This is my problem. PLS do something about my c. p. u
