You can solve this problem, it's really easy so please follow these steps:
Click on Start, select control panel
In control Panel, switch to classic view
Select taskbar and start Menu
In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box, on the Taskbar tab:
Select (or clear) the Keep the taskbar on top of other windows check box.
Select OK.
Close control panel
            You can solve this problem, it's really easy so please follow these steps:
