My Dell latitude E5400 problem continues

My Dell latitude E5400 keeps rebooting even after I have selected for removal of all the files that didn't come with the system.when I power it on,it will boot till it shows the Windows logo,next thing it will display is "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart, we will restart for you.if you'd like to know more,you can search online for this error:INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE"
Next thing the screen goes dark.

INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE means that your hard disk is damaged and must be replaced.
