Server exchange for hotmail

What is your server exchange for hotmail. I'm not able to receive or send e-mail from my cell phone because the server set up on my cell phone is incorrect for some reason or another. It keeps kicking it back
The server exchange is entered as m.hotmail Is this correct.

Hi

This is not Hotmail, we are CCM.net.

Hotmail has been changed to Outlook.com
