If you have an iTunes backup containing your deleted text messages, you can restore it.
- Connect your iPhone to the PC with which it was synchronized;
- Click the icon representing your device and choose Restore Backup;
- Then, choose the appropriate backup.
This method will restore the previous data you have saved and erase the other data saved after the backup.
