Connect to online gaming while the system offline

Hello, my network options are offline in the game settings of my ps3. I cannot figure out how to change this to online my ps3 is plugged into the router directly

OK, so you have an ethernet cord into the router, and you still cannot connect to Account?

My system is online. I can use the browser but when I get into the game, the game setting read offline. It won’t let me change the settings

Go to account settings, and set online. You have manually placed it into OFFLINE. It just hides your presence.
