WhatsApp asks to adjust date

Hello,

When I open my whatsapp on my Samsung galaxy note3 it asks ne to adjust date and also it is inaccurate

Check on the Play Store if WhatsApp is up to date. If an update is available, tap "Update".

Otherwise, try to select the automatic date and time and the automatic time zone in the phone settings.
