Hi i have Toshiba Satellite A665-S8170 Windows 7... with a problem, i try to reset my laptop pressing power button and 0 but dont appear the warning display, just appear the letters " il_ " with the Black Screen, Could someone help me with this problem?

First Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

Tell me if you get a display

I already did it repeatedly and follow the black screen

only the black screen appears with some letters " il_ "

Sorry but it looks like your hard disk has failed. I suggest you take it to a repair shop.
