Laptop doesn't start

Hello,
Dear all, suddenly i'm facing a problem. In the evening I've hibernate my Dell Inspiron N4050 laptop, & after 1hr when I push power button for start it, it couldn't run, only showing the Inspired logo again & again. No windows loading or something, everytime I start it's only shows dell Inspiron logo and it is always restarted automatically after one power push up. What's the problem? I'm scared.
Note: My battery is dead for one year.


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 65.0.3325.109

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

I've tried, but nothing happens, it's just restarting again & again once I push power button.

Well, if it just loops on Boot, it may be something simple like a dead CMOS, or as complicated as a BAD BOOT Drive. Any errors displayed? If you go into BIOS, does it run? Does BIOS see a HDD? Perhaps you need to take it to a qualified technician.
