Transcend hard drive shows in my pc but doesnt open and slows down the whole pc

Hello,


Ive tried everything from uninstalling the USB drive to trying to change the name of the drive. Anytime i try to open disk management it shows that its loading but never opens and later just stops responding. Im really desperate coz i have a lot of important files on it.
