Problem booting my PC

my pc turn on with a beep sound but the screen is blank but after few minutes it takes a auto restart and then its run normally,
some time when i turn it on it the screen shows

after 3 or 4 time restart its turn on..........

Restart your PC in safe mode and uninstall unwanted programs or software, as well as if you have installed two antivirus simultaneously then remove both of them.
After that restart your PC, if the problem is still available, remove the battery and wait 15 minutes and then insert the battery and follow the steps again.
