Don't use Free apps as most of the Free VPN apps earn by selling users data as well as by showing annoying popups to users.

I used VeePN. It great and cheap. I was in Ukraine, they had some internet conecction problems and I used it and steel in use if need more than 4 years. It has linux and iOS support.
