My PC hangs every day after starting Windows

Hi,

Every day, my PC hangs for first 15 minutes of opening the or starting the system. I use my PC only for 10 hours in balanced mode. I have not installed a lot of software in it. Considering that RAM is 4 GB, hard disk is of 1 TB. I scanned my system 2 minutes. The apps and software are still installing.

Tell me what shall I do!
