Can’t access my Facebook account

Hello,

I can not get into my account. Every time I enter the code, it says I’ve tried to many times. My daughter set me up with a new account and that same night someone reported it to I can't get into that one. Facebook sent me a message saying my code will work for one week. But it does not work. I deleted the cookies and everything.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 70.0.3538.110

You need to confirm your identity in order to recover your account. See this article to get started. You will need to upload your ID documents and wait 10-15 days for the request to be processed.

I am gonna wait a week and try to access my account again !! Thank you for your help. I will let you know what comes up

let's try another way like turn on or off CapsLK or check your local language writen
