Can't use my old phone with Gmail

Hello,

I have a Motorola Droid Turbo XT1254 and have been signing in with that device for 2 years. I temporarily lost it so I got a new device, but I found my Droid Turbo and started using it again. Ever since then my device is not recognizable and no matter what I do I have no access. I have had my account for years and need it.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 71.0.3578.64

Hello,

Can you provide some additional information? Are you using the mobile app or a web browser to access your email account? Are you able to still access it from your new device?

I cannot access it on either device. I just keep going in a circle and it ends with putting in my backup email address and I am locked out of my backup account also, and even if I wasn't I can't leave the page to get the email code without losing the page I need to enter the code into anyways. Very frustrating. Thank you for getting back to me. I hope this helps you.
