My Gmail account has been hacked

Hi,

I have lost my contacts and access to my e-mail. I have never had to use a password for my Gmail and now the questions say my e-mail address belongs to someone else. The phone number for changing my password is incorrect.

Now, to add to my misery ,I have added a new password, again not on my request.

I want my old program as I am very old and I am dealing with a terminally ill spouse.

Please help!
