Unable to connect to the internet with my Draytek 2380 router

Hello,

My company got a Draytek 2380 router that we are using for like 11 PCs. In the last 3 days I have a problem, with the router I cannot access the internet. I connect LAN to WAN, but in my system cannot access the NET. If use another router it's working. What can I do to fix this problem?

Would you lose much if you factory reset the Draytek?

Is the Draytek the DHCP server?

What is the TCP/IP details you receive from the DHCP server?

Are you getting the correct DNS?

Is the Draytek giving you the correct DNS - Check under LAN > DNS on Draytek
