Witcher 3 won't start my laptop

Hi,

I've got a new laptop on Christmas. I installed Witcher 3. When updating was finished, I played it for maybe 30 minutes. Then I restarted laptop because OD AMD Radeon update.

When I opened GOG again, I pressed play. I saw syncing Cloud files" message on screen. Nothing is happening except the syncing. The Play button was Green. I restarted the laptop, updated all the drivers (laptop isn't new). When I'm trying to run it from witcher.exe in GOG games folder, I got 0xc00007b error.

Please help!
