Hello,

I am facing a problem with my Facebook during log in. I receive a message that says "we'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help with confirming your name, we'll contact you for additional documentation."

Hello,

You have started Facebook's account recovery process. This process takes between 10-15 days, so you will need to wait patiently while they review your documents.
