Problem signing into Yahoo account

Hi,

My Yahoo account is not operational. When I am singing into the account, some unknown messages is getting popped up. Actually this is an old account. So, I am not remembering the phone number given at that time. I am very thankful if you can help me.

Hi,

If your Yahoo account had no activity for last 12 months, it is likely that it has been deleted from the server. However, you can try resetting the password by following the instructions written in this article.
