Have you followed the recovery process in this FAQ? Please make sure to clear your cache and delete the cookies on your browser before retrying. You should have the option to use an alternative method, such as an email address or confirming your security questions with the account creation date.
If you do not have these other options while starting the recovery process, you will not be able got recover your account password.
