I cant log in

Hello,

I've been locked out of my account. I tried to recover the account but it still doesn't work.
It continues to ask me for a security check, but for the security check the only two options are to receive a code on a phone number I no longer use or have access to and the second is the login on my IOS device which is also locked out as well due to the fact that I was automatically signed off.
Any ideas how to fix problem or how to contact Facebook for support. I've check all the forums and their help pages and no answers.
